The Brewery
Our ambitious facility is capable of brewing five million litres of beer and is Dublin's second-largest brewery, designed from the ground up for making quality beer. Led by award-winning local architects in close collaboration with a design-build team, the project transformed from a storage facility into a sleek, state of the art brewery. The new brewery has high production capacity, meaning it can put quality beer on shelves all over Ireland and beyond while we stay independent and true to our vision.
Our new state of the art facility is a unique combination of tradition, passion and innovation. Firmly rooted in centuries-old methods, we use innovative techniques to optimise beer quality and reduce our environmental impact. We use only quality ingredients, brewing beer naturally with longer maturation for distinctive flavour and balance.
Located on Parnell Street, in the beating heart of Dublin City, an area rich in a brewing and distilling heritage.
