Why are we asking for investment?
Our mission is to build a thriving brewery enterprise in the centre of Dublin, dedicated to creating exceptional local beer for a global market.
To turn this into a reality, building is underway on our state-of-the-art brewery and taproom in the centre of Dublin. Our aim is to turn Dublin City Brewing Company into more than just a beer brand, creating a visitor centre experience that breathes new life into the city.
As well as supporting local businesses through our development and supplier choices, our aim is to create over 50 jobs in the local area.
These are more than ambitions; we are turning this into our reality. Which is where investors come in. We have a vision and we are looking for beer enthusiasts to visualise with us and help pave the way for regeneration in Dublin.
Our journey so far
From humble beginnings, our dream has always to bring life and jobs back into the area. Working alongside other businesses and using local vendors wherever possible, we want to create an Irish beer that’s truly born and brewed in Ireland.
We are currently almost finished building our state-of-the-art brewery and taproom Dublin, with the taproom and tours set to open next year. The taproom has a 7-day publican license so that we can be used as a cultural hub in the city and be leased for events, parties and seminars.
Like many other businesses, things slowed over the pandemic but we’ve taken the time to nurture the off-trade and we’re now available in over 120 outlets in Dublin as well as online. We’ve also spent time exploring other formats like our virtual tasting series. Not only have these been a great way to connect with local icons in the food and drink sector, they’ve been a great way to chat about our beers with our drinkers.
Our beers speak for themselves. People here in Ireland are loving them, and now we’re going global with exports to Northern Ireland, Finland, Denmark, The Netherlands and China. And this is just the start.
