In between courses, head brewer Fergal Murray will talk about how the beers are made and why he feels they pair so well with the dishes served. 

There are few people in Ireland more dedicated to the fruits of Ireland's seas than Niall Sabongi. As the owner of Sustainable Seafood Ireland, he is responsible for the supply of some of the freshest most ethically caught fish in Ireland. Much of which you'll find at the huge array of businesses he's involved with. These include Saltwater Grocery in Terenure, Salty Buoy food truck, Klaw in Temple Bar and his Seafood Cafe just around the corner. 

Head brewer Fergal Murray adds, 
"After already dabbling in so many cuisines and food styles, I'm very excited at the prospect of sampling our family of beers with some of Niall's award winning fish dishes. He is a true local food hero and it's a real honour for us to be engaging with him on this very special edition of Dublin City Brewing Tasting Club. Oysters and Stout are a particular favourite of mine, easily the finest expression of Ireland's food and drink combos you'll ever encounter. I can't wait to pull a glass of our Irish stout straight from the keg on the night."
